Picture Impact’s engagement with KRW was focused on helping further the integration of their character assessment and consulting tools and developing a clear roadmap for execution and implementation. We created a design lab for key informants to aid in discovery and elicit conversation around prototype content for assessment results. Our work helped to generate a list of tools and activities that intentionally use data for desired behavior change, as well as criteria for data integration into KRW work.
